Overview

Transformative Leadership is a three-part professional learning series designed for leaders who aspire to create meaningful change within their teams and organisations. This series offers a practical exploration of authentic leadership, the dimensions of inspirational leadership, and the adaptive skills required to lead effectively in dynamic environments. Participants will gain deep insights into themselves, their teams, and the broader organisational context, equipping them to lead with increased confidence and capability.


Program Structure

  • Workshop 1: The Authentic Leader
    Explore the foundations of authentic leadership, including self-awareness, values-driven decision-making, and the cultivation of trust. Participants will reflect on their personal leadership style and learn strategies to lead with integrity and purpose.
  • Workshop 2: Leading for Followers
    Focus on the relational aspects of leadership, including understanding the needs and motivations of team members, fostering engagement, and building collective efficacy. This workshop examines the behavioural traits of transformational leaders and the importance of empowering others.
  • Workshop 3: Leading for the Situation
