Justin Roberts - ReLATE National Program Director
Justin is an inclusive education expert. His experiences as a teacher in mainstream education fostered a desire to see education that meets the needs of all students. He has over 15 years’ of experience as a teacher and leader in both mainstream and specialist schools, including as a Principal and Deputy Executive Principal at MacKillop Education Schools. Justin was a key contributor to the formation, development, and implementation of the ReLATE Education Model which originally started in MacKillop Education specialist schools. The school’s success, and its positive impact on student outcomes, would see the opening of new campuses and the offering of ReLATE externally. Justin has provided professional learning to educators across Australia. His knowledge and experience in working with children and young people, informs his passion for the development and implementation of inclusive education and collaborative leadership.
Yvonne Lindros - ReLATE Consultant and Practice Specialist
Yvonne is a passionate educator and leader in the trauma-informed education space. For 9 years Yvonne worked in the alternative education space with MacKillop Education working within the ReLATE model, as a teacher, education & wellbeing coordinator, and deputy principal. Her roles have included leading and supporting the implementation of trauma-informed education initiatives including the ReLATE model. This has included the delivery of ongoing professional learning, mentoring and coaching. Yvonne has worked directly with students and families, ensuring access and equity to education through individualised and tailored support structures for each child.
Esther Cini - Program Coordinator
Esther comes with a strong background in Education spending the last 15 years working in the Education industry with experience as a teacher, facilitator and assessor across a variety of sectors. Esther has both managed and led a variety of projects spanning adult learning, parent community engagement and is passionate about the mission of making education both accessible and inclusive for all children. She has a strong passion for inclusive education and supporting schools and families to work collaboratively to support the needs of every child.
Adelina Bell - Administration Officer
Adelina has over 20 years of experience working in the business sector supporting industries ranging from professional services, recruitment and insurance. She has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector and is passionate about purpose driven work. Adelina is also committed to supporting projects that are meaningful and contributes to social impact.
Anne Henderson - Director - The MacKillop Institute
Anne is responsible for MacKillop’s Specialist Schools and our Education and Engagement Programs. She has worked in schools for 30 years and has held a number of senior leadership roles. Anne believes in the transformative and liberating power of education. She is deeply committed to ensuring equity, access and success in learning for every child, regardless of culture, background and ability.
Kristy Elliott - Education Consultant
Kristy holds a Bachelor of Education and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology, a unique pairing that forms the foundation for her work with school communities. An esteemed restorative practitioner and trainer, Kristy has worked with hundreds of educators, students and families in Australia and Asia for over two decades supporting the development of relational school cultures. Kristy uses her strengths of curiosity, life-long learning, building trusting relationships, and strengths-focused mindset to forge pathways with teachers, students, and families to engage positively and successfully in school life.
Craig Reid - Education Consultant
Craig has been a strong advocate for providing safe learning and teaching environments within schools, with a teaching career spanning more than 25 years. Leadership roles within the education sector included a focus on behaviour management, parent engagement, student wellbeing and supporting students with disabilities. Driven by a strong passion for social justice and wellbeing as well as having a deep understanding of the relationship between quality education and positive life outcomes, he has pursued a career path focussing on the planning, development and implementation of quality professional learning programs that make a difference to the lives of young people.
Amy Green - Education Consultant
Amy is a leader in enhancing workplace culture and wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, along with teaching and leadership experience both in Australia and the UK. She is greatly devoted to creating schools where both staff and students flourish and thrive. Amy brings with her an exceptional ability to connect, show compassion, and understand the complexities of teaching, whilst drawing upon her strengths to think strategically, be solutions-focused and create long-term impact and change.
Megan Corcoran - Education Consultant
Megan is passionate about schools becoming wellbeing communities of practice, where staff and students can thrive. She is an experienced teacher and school leader, having spent 12 years in alternative school settings working with young people who have experienced childhood trauma. Megan believes that all young people have the right to belong to a school and access quality and meaningful education. She has expertise in trauma-informed practice and wellbeing science, drawing on her professional experience and qualifications in Positive Psychology and Education.
