Leading Educator Wellbeing is a transformative three-day professional learning course designed for school principals and leadership teams committed to fostering thriving, resilient school communities. Grounded in the evidence-informed ReLATE Educator Wellbeing Framework, this course provides practical, research-backed strategies that have successfully reduced educator burnout and secondary traumatic stress in schools across Australia.
This program supports educational leaders in embedding sustainable wellbeing practices that foster collective efficacy, relational trust, and a shared sense of purpose. Through reflective learning, collaborative dialogue, and strategic planning, participants are empowered to lead with compassion, clarity, and intentionality—transforming school culture through wellbeing-centred leadership.
