The MacKillop Institute provides a range of services that aim to develop whole organisation cultures of safety and wellbeing for staff, students, children and young people. We work with government, community, educational and corporate organisations to devise practical solutions tailored to your culture, your needs and the needs of your community. Our whole organsiation and whole school programs, ReLATE, Power to Kids and Sanctuary are professional learning programs with coaching, implementation support and tailored to your needs. We also provide bespoke training and learning on a range of topics including trauma-informed practice, trauma-informed education, vicarious trauma, emotionally intelligent leadership, student inclusion and diversity, staff wellbeing and safety, student wellbeing and safety.
